Agreed. Just like I would tell young guys (or guys of any age) to get out and meet women in person, I'd tell them get off the screens and meet people in real life. If they're gamers, all sorts of hobby stores host board games. That interaction is going to be much better than siloed at home. Hell, I'm not a gamer, but I have a group of guys we get together 2-3 times a year for a board game. Acquire, anyone?

I'll tell you what, I think men need to keep saying shit like this, to other men. Not so much beating them over the head with it, just keep offering it. I think that's one of the reasons why Jordan Peterson got traction; he wasn't a nag.

If I remember my youth, I didn't always put the advice I got from parents or teachers or friends into use right away... but I heard it. I think as men, we shouldn't give up on each other. There's a limit to how much effort I'm going to put into helping someone who doesn't want help. But I'll try to be there when they finally show up,

FYI, I've had guys tell me they're interested in yoga, know it would help with, bad back, tight hams, or stress take 2-3 years to finally make into a class.
