Side note, I remember a date with a woman (we were in our 40s) where conversation was easy and reciprocal. At the end of it she said she had a nice time, and that the last guy had literally talked about high school football for 45 minutes. She really appreciated the wide-ranging discussion. I said great, would you like to get together again. She said no.
