California is coming for your AR-15. Not to brag, but I called it. After the supreme court’s initial review of the Texas Heartbeat Act, where Justice Kavanaugh acknowledged the law’s enforcement tactic is nothing more than a loophole that could be exploited again with other constitutional rights, I tongue in cheek suggested letting this logic play out.
Just wait until Democrats in a liberal state write a law making selling an AR-15 illegal, but let the public enforce it. Well, we didn’t have to wait long.
