Do you have an example of a liberal embrace of immigration? I don't see an uncritical embrace of immigration. Rather, I see liberals more concerned with racism and painting immigrants/brown skin people as inherent threats to The American Way of Life.

Mind you, I agree that neo conservatives have leveraged neo liberal economic thinking to great effect. However, Liberals and Libertarians largely do not cross in America. Rather, upper and middle class liberals and working class conservative Americans have bought the trickle-down theory sold to them.
