Honestly, I don’t know. Men have been told it’s not their choice. Men have been ridiculed if they’re old fashioned and want to ‘do to the right thing’ and marry the woman. Men have been told just because I sleep with you, doesn’t mean I want to have a child with you, so again, you don’t get input. That is, until I decide to keep the child, then we expect support.

There are men who are emotionally connected to their children or the potential child. And there’s a myriad of responses and reactions. Some don’t know what to do or say, in part, because it impacts the women in ways they can’t imagine, and, in part, because of above, you’re told your feelings are secondary, or your feelings don’t matter.
