How about a return to when it was easier for Mexicans to get work permits, for the work Americans don't want to do, and to wire money home. We could also do some meaningful gun control reform to stem the tide of guns going into Mexico, which end up in Cartels. How about if the US owns its role in the drug trade, ie: the demand is here within our borders.
