I have dated, and totally dug women with a variety of body types, and I think most men have also. There’s one thing I will concede, that some men are tactless and actually say why they’re not attracted to a woman. Women, from what I gather, are more nuanced when declining interest. But outside of that, women are just as shallow as men.

A recent study in the British Journal of Psychology found that both men and women prefer a fit body type, pretty equally. While another study found both men and women overestimated the traits they think the other wants in a potential mate. I write about it here, with links.
