I was so disappointed with Biden as the nomination. But I've been pleasantly surprised on a number of fronts, if just staying out of the fray as he puts some things in place. As for the meat of your question, he Biden learned. I want to optimistically say yes. But if Dems don't end the filibuster and go all-in on some of these issues… I'll be saying no, I fear.
