It's so much more visually pleasing to be able to justify left (and right). I don't see why they can't do this for desktop displays. I could do it on WordPress, they displayed fine and differently for desktop vs. phone.

If I were to guess it would be the shear number of view via phone vs desktop makes it a low priority to make formatting options for those of us with a bigger screen...
