I've got a great team and we occasionally get together after work, and sure we have a beer or cider. But we just as frequently get lunch together. Lunch has a different vibe. Another team that was all remote, all we did was lunches when we'd meet in person. We had to talk shop, because we were all our own silos, but we also shot the shit.

One other thing we did that was loads of fun was an Escape Room. In the middle of the day. I'd never done one, that was fun.
