No. Reparations in the form of addressing lending practices to POC, such as low/no interest government backed loans, low/no down payments in low income neighborhoods of predominately POC, available only to POC.

Fixing and investing in infrastructure in those long-neglected neighborhoods. And changing how schools are funded, ie: based on property taxes to something more equitable.

Reparations in the form of better funding for HBCU, or infrastructure in Native communities.

There are so -so- many things we can do to address inequity besides individual payments or even UBI, though I’m not necessarily against UBI. How about Universal Wage Transparency? Or living wage mandates? We need to pay everyone a living wage, and need to address certain folks women/POC making less that white males in a meaningful manner.
