One part that seemed forced was when Furious gave the lecture about gentrification. I mean, I’m glad it’s in there, but it didn’t seem a plausible conversation.

On the other hand, when Furious is being hard on his son when he first comes live with his Dad and says the foreshadowing part about how his friends will turn out… that mirrored a lot of things parents and adults said to me who weren’t conflicted about having expectations for their kids.
