Somewhere in life’s journey someone said something that sounded so very wise; Fear is rooted in the past, while anxiety is about the future. The question is, How do we live in the present?

Well, observing what we’re feeling, in the moment, can take the edge off an emotion. Sounds like you’re doing that. Sometimes, though, it takes a lot of practice for the emotion to loosen its grip.
