What we really need to be considering is moving away from economic/profit concerns in health care. Healthcare should always be about quality of life, both for the patients and for healthcare workers.

High caseloads and onerous regulations coupled with insurance requirements/uncertainty are contributing to burnout and more intense draining work environments.

What we need is less administrators and more direct care workers. And here in the US, less profit for corporations.
