You’re doing the same thing. You are speaking as if you know what it’s like to be a man. You are telling me what my experience was and who/what influenced me. What I am telling you is that I listened to what women want, from women (not men), I tried to be what women wanted (failing for sure, and certainly misinterpreting things) but despite my personal foibles and/or cluelessness, often what women said they wanted and what they chose did not line up.

Why is it so fucking hard for women to admit that? I’m not outraged, I’m fatigued.
